Ponta Bicuda properties are available in two different options:
1) HOTEL
- Fully furnished and equipped luxury houses.
- sold with full ownership, with hotel management and without any additional complications for the buyer, with a guaranteed return of 25% in 5 years.
- 10 year contract
- 4 weeks of use per year
- Full ownership of property
- Possibility of exchanging the use with other luxury properties in any part of the world
2) RESIDENTIAL
Villas or apartments for private use, benefiting from all the resort’s services but without being integrated into the hotel.
Substantial gains are expected in the value of these properties. This conclusion is based on other destinations such as Canary Islands where similar products have increased in value five fold. The reason behind the current difference is due to the fact that until now, Cape Verde has been relatively unknown and largely undeveloped. However, forecasts are that these differences will cease to exist in the next 10 years.
